James Dall is a Joint Managing Director of High Street Auctions and a veteran of the property development and property auction industries. His decades of experience as a qualified Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the design, costing and construction of a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential properties and developments provides a unique advantage to High Street Auctions clients requiring sage advice on the sale or purchase of property. He has also been a major contributor to the changing face of real estate auctions in South Africa, where, over a decade ago, he introduced and managed the first successful multi-property auction. He is trusted by South Africa's leading financial institutions when it comes to the disposal of property where, with High Street Auctions, he has a fantastic track record.

Lance Chalwin-Milton is a Joint Managing Director of High Street Auctions. He built a successful business in the food service sector before starting his own property investment and brokerage business. Decades of general business, investment and property specific experience with his infectious enthusiasm and passion for property feeds the strong customer service and work ethic culture within the company. This has made him the logical choice for driving the business both strategically and operationally.

Nick Pretorius is a Director of High Street Auctions who graduated with a B. Comm with majors in Marketing and Business Economics. He spent a few years working on key accounts in the marketing and advertising industry before finding his forte in successfully selling real estate on auction. He is a specialist business development and sales practitioner in the property industry with extensive experience in multi property auctions. For over ten years he has built a significant reputation and network by successfully sourcing, processing and concluding numerous property deals for many large institutions, banks and listed property funds in South Africa. He is responsible for the sales and business development function in the company.
 
Joff van Reenen, a Director and founding partner of High Street Auctions, is arguably South Africa's most experienced, competent and entertaining auctioneer and an expert in property auctions. Joff currently holds the South African record for the highest bid on a single property lot when he recently knocked down the former Kyalami Grand Prix racetrack for 205 Million. He is in demand internationally conducting auctions, by invitation, in Hong Kong, Dubai, England and USA. He is a specialist in auction techniques and strategies and has been a member of the NAA (National Auctioneers Association of America) for the past 7 years. He is a regular lecturer at the NAA and in 2015 he became the first South African to judge the prestigious International Auctioneer Championship event at their annual competition. He is also the first non-American to obtain the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and AARE (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) designation degrees and is the first in South Africa to hold such titles. He is currently serving as a director of the SAIA (South African Institute of Auctioneers) which represents the South African auction industry. His dynamic style has made him a popular auctioneer with many local and international charities featuring prominent royalty, presidents, politicians and leading celebrity hosts and patrons. As the company's lead auctioneer he is highly regarded and sought after by leading property investors and financial institutions where he has an impressive track record for selling property on the auction platform.

Rodney Beck is a Company Executive of High Street Auctions. He has a collective 35 years of property experience in the fields of residential, industrial and commercial property auctions. His property career studded with numerous marketing and sales awards began in 1978 when he studied business management, ran his own real estate franchise and served as Managing Director for another leading property auction company before joining High Street Auctions. Rodney is an energetic family man with a loyal business following due to his professionalism and infectious enthusiasm for the business.

Peta-Jane Muller is a Director of High Street Auctions and a seasoned property professional and deal maker who has been with the company since 2012. She holds a B.Com degree from UNISA. PJ spent 17 years working on various property specialist portfolios within Investec Private Bank before working with property finance companies on structuring and arranging finance for property developers and investors. Her banking experience involved managing a diverse portfolio of properties for numerous investors in the Property Syndication sphere, including successfully implementing an exit strategy for same in tough economic conditions. She has been involved in the financing of many prime property developments, from land acquisition to the development of shopping centres, residential estates, and commercial and industrial facilities. PJ is a property valuer and finance specialist with a considerable network within the property industry. Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of various aspects of property make her a valuable addition to the High Street Management Team.
